An online training course for One Heart Source volunteers preparing to live and work in sub-Sahara Africa.

This is an eight week course designed to facilitate volunteer education to prepare them to teach, work and live in sub-Sahara Africa.  We believe each person who completes this course will be prepared to be a member of a driven education team.  The focus of the OHS Pre-Field Training is to insure the logistical preparedness of every volunteer, to learn various teaching techniques and methods, to familiarize volunteers with OHS teaching standards and documentation, and to begin to build a successful team of teachers.
